How do I return product?

Need to return an item? Just follow these 5 easy steps!

You can return the unused portion of your purchase within 60 days of the ship date marked on the packing list for a refund of your purchase price, less processing and handling.

1. Call 866-605-9510 within 60 days of the ship date marked on the packing list to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Refunds cannot be processed without a valid RMA#.
2. Write the RMA# in the space provided on the packing list AND on the outside of the return package.
3. Indicate the reason for your return on the packing list.
4. Securely package your return in the original shipping carton along with a copy of the packing list.
5. Send the package to the following address within your guarantee period: NuGlow Returns Dept. – (Your RMA#), 785 County Road CB, Suite 100, Neenah, WI 54956.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NuGlow is NOT responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.

IMPORTANT: NuGlow does NOT accept packages marked return to sender, C.O.D. or refused.

Please allow 60 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed.
